Bucharest – Course: “Biorevolumetry, the 4th dimension in aesthetic medicine”

The new concept of “BIOREVOLUMETRY – the 4^th dimension in aesthetic medicine” represented the subject of the International Course organized by CD BEAUTY SYSTEM (ST. ETIENNE INTERNATIONAL ROMANIA) with the participation of PHITOGEN HOLDING and REGENYAL LABORATORIES on November 17^th  2012 at PHOENICIA GRAND HOTEL BUCHAREST ROMANIA.

Prof. Andrea Alessandrini – one of the most famous Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery specialists in Italy and abroad was our trainer for the second consecutive year.
With an audience of 50 specialist physicians, Prof. Alessandrini approached various topics: analysis and facial anatomy, characteristics of micro-cannulas, choosing optimal  substance for volumizing and  tissue restructuring, injection techniques, rhinoplasty, lips shaping and last but not least, a subject of interest to most participants – female genital rejuvenation.

The course combined in a perfect manner: theory lectures and scientific reports with the practical part showed live and on video. In the scientific program of the training, “PHITOGEN” announced the launch of a new method and products that meet all the prerequisites to become a real revolution in aesthetic medicine: a new class of injectable products based on Hyaluronic acid and combining volumetric properties with the treatment. These products are Regenyal Idea Bio-Expander (by Regenyal Laboratories) and IAL System DUO (by Fidia Farmaceutici).

Regenyal Idea Bio-Expander is a medical device characterized by a high DIFFUSION, MOISTURIZING, SOFTNESS and FLEXIBILITY properties. This product – designed specially to be injected with micro-cannula (27 G-40 mm) spreads perfectly within the tissues following the natural movements of the face.
The extraordinary plastic properties of the product enable it to BIO-EXPAND immediately, rebalancing the volumes of the face and maintaining them over time. In addition, the free Hyaluronic acid contained in the product provides for receptor stimulation improving the quality of tissues.

IAL SYSTEM DUO is an innovative, sterile, apyrogenic, clear and transparent, highly viscous gel, which is produced by means of a physic association of two gels, obtained through the cross-linking of a Hyaluronic acid of fermentative origin. Its prolonged permanence in site of injection provides for a long lasting filling effect together with a slow release of free Hyaluronic acid, which – thanks to its natural moisturizing and stimulating properties, – improves skin turgor and elasticity.

The new technique called BIO-REVOLUMETRY is a complex approach to facial and body rejuvenation through the restoration of natural volumes and tissue re-structuring. Scientific reports showed and explained detailed indications, areas of use and the mechanisms of action of these products.
The second part consisted in a practice session, where – on specifically chosen models – the lecturer presented and highlighted the properties of bio-revolumetric products. The skin of the faces of every model, receiving the treatment, improved immediately and visibly, while the overall result was absolutely natural.
The information provided during the course was of great interest from both, the  theoretical and practical point of view. The techniques described and demonstrated by Prof. Alessandrini showed a new approach to the problem of contour correction.

The new possibilities offered by Regenyal Idea Bio-Exapander and IAL SYSTEM DUO that combine contour correction with a bio-revitalizing effect on the skin, and brilliant results obtained, opened a discussion about a new step in this kind of treatments.
